If you’re anything like us, you spend a lot of time in the kitchen… who am I kidding, we all spend a lot of time in the kitchen! That’s why we were so excited when we heard that Mac Knife was sending us one of their knives to demo!! 
In our house the chef’s knife is one of THE most used utensils in the drawer and while we’ve made do with what we have – we were CONSTANTLY talking about how nice it would be to have a new, higher quality chef’s knife. So imagine my husband’s surprise when a 6 ½” Santoku (pronounced sawn-TOE-koo) all-purpose chef’s knife and a matching 4” Santoku paring knife arrived at the door!! In fact, he was SO excited that he asked if he could do a video review of the knife (WOW, I’ll be right back after I’m done picking my jaw up off the floor)!!!
