I’ve always loved candles for a variety of reasons. I love how they look, I love how they smell and I love how they change the mood of your environment.
I’ve had plenty of candles I’ve never even lit. This is because after a few initial uses, the candle is usually warped, or the wick has gotten buried in the wax. I always try to keep my candles looking tip-top since they are a great item of decor in my home. Replacing candles constantly can also be expensive, and what about the issue of safety??! I’ve heard too many stories of well intentioned people lighting a candle or two and have somehow started a fire in their home. In fact, I had candles in my classroom as a teacher, and the fire department said we could not have them at all…even if we promised not to light them.
