Have you seen the yogurt aisle recently? There sure are a lot of new faces! Just about every brand is jumping on the Greek yogurt bandwagon. Which is awesome! I love Greek yogurt and it can be a lot healthier for you!
How about French yogurt? So far I’ve only seen Activia Selects with this new French yogurt… but I am sure it won’t be long before others are joining the craze too!
I was beyond thrilled to taste test the French Activia yogurt! Oui, oui, s’il vous plaît! If you read my blog at all, you might already know how much I love Greek yogurt! (My love for Greek yogurt originated from my trip to Greece, where I had it nearly daily!) But I have yet to try French yogurt in France! Hee Hee! But here was my chance to try it in the good ‘ol USA.
I was provided a coupon to pick out an Activia French yogurt to use at my local supermarket.
First off, I will tell you I already loved the benefits that come with enjoying Activia (they contain the unique probiotic culture Bifidus Regularis® (Bifidobacterium lactis DN 173 010) that helps to naturally regulate your digestive system, when consumed daily for two weeks as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.) I will say, this has helped me out in the past!
Both Activia Selects, French and Greek taste great! I love the silky, smooth texture of the French yogurt as well as it’s many nutritious benefits! The delicious French flavors are: Blackberry & Raspberry, Cherry, Mango, and Pineapple. I tasted the raspberry and it was satisfying!
This yogurt is a perfect on-the-run breakfast. I like to add a little granola to it to make it more filling! I love these single serving cups are ready to go, as long as I can find a spoon!
Find it easily in the yogurt grocery aisle for $1.29 (for a single serve cup). And after you’re done trying the French Activia Select, don’t forget to try the French Fruit Bites and Greek yogurt too! Enjoy! Au revoir!
