In my world, I eat bacon. A LOT of bacon. In fact, I Instagramed (@WithOurBest) a HUGE plate full of bacon (and ONLY bacon) just the other day. That is how big of a bacon fan I am.
The one person that eats more bacon than me? My husband. In fact he lost approx. 40lbs eating bacon! That’s true!! Have you heard of the paleo diet? He was strict paleo for awhile, which meant his meals consisted of only meat and vegetables. So, since bacon is the tastiest thing on earth, bacon was a big part of the diet. Sounds great, right? Any diet that lets you eat as much bacon as you want, is a diet I can get into.
