I am not a huge clothing shopper by any means. I don’t like trying on clothes in the fitting room or really browsing the racks. BUT when Spring arrives, I am NO DOUBT out shopping for bathing suits. There is something about swimwear that I just LOVE!! I don’t know why I am (let’s just say) obsessed with bathing suit shopping… but I am. I want to buy a bathing suit every year. In fact, I have a bin full of perfectly good 
suits, but I still shop for more!
So when Smart & Sexy Swimwear offered me a bathing suit for a wear testing review – I couldn’t have been more excited. First, because I love their bras and intimates and second, I have never had a bathing suit by Smart & Sexy Swimwear and finally third, because my bathing suits haven’t been fitting me right lately (gaining weight and they’re getting old). So the wear test was on!!
I received the lightly lined halter tankini in black for the swim top and for bottoms – the boyshorts swim with adjustable ties. The halter tankini came in my size, which I have a hard time finding. It was a PERFECT fit in the bust and had adjustability on the halter! The bra cup had removable, lightly lined padding that provided shaping and 
coverage, not added size (thank goodness)! Not to mention it is way cuter than the picture online. Actually, it looks kind of plain-jane online. When in fact it is kind of corset-like, and super comfortable! And I know I am not the only lady out their that is self conscious about her thighs – so the boyshorts rock! They keep me covered a little more than a skimpy bottom and therefore I can feel more relaxed when wearing it! They also have the skirt bottoms – which I love and have the same effect, with a little more coverage – I might be buying a matching skirt next!! Or the sexy bathing suit dress (picture left!)
It is hard to name the best thing about Smart & Sexy Swimwear, because I have a few!
First, they fit the size of the swim tops like bra tops, (32A, 36D, etc.) so there is no confusion with what size you are (small, medium, etc.)! This way to top really fits you! You aren’t going to be popping out of it or swimming (no pun intended) in your top either!
Second, we are talking $18 for a bathing suit top or bottom – or $36 for the swim dress! That is a great price! Hello, affordable!!
Third, you can have fun mixing and matching pieces all day long! Cute styles, cuts, prints and more! And if you order something, but it doesn’t fit your satisfaction – they have a 30 day return policy!
Overall, I give Smart & Sexy a ★★ ★ ★ ★ five star rating. I absolutely LOVE this bathing suit!
