Did you know that March is National Crochet Month?
I had no idea of the celebration when my friend and I signed up for a local crochet class in my community just a few weeks ago. I just finished 3 classes on beginner crochet, and boy do I love it!
In the last few weeks, I have become obsessed with crochet! I have pinned about 1 million pins. I have bought a ridiculous amount of yarn, needles and patterns. I have subscribed to numerous blogs that have tips, tricks and patterns. But the absolute best thing that is guiding me along in my crocheting journey? Some really helpful crochet books.
Recently, I spent an afternoon browsing the books at the library, sitting down with them, studying them while I crochet away. I found some to be more helpful than others. Here are my top four favorite books for crochet!

I found each of these crochet manuals to be helpful in there own way. For those that are more visual, I recommend the VISUAL books – lots of photos that guide you and teach you! I also liked the Crochet Patterns for Dummies because it had both beginner references and easy patterns to start with! So far I have made a cup cozie, a hat and fingerless gloves! I cannot wait to show you and make more!
