I was first introduced to Lolita Glassware in college. My roommate had a handful of these gorgeous, hand painted wine glasses. They were absolutely adorable. She kept them on our kitchen’s display case. Each glass was sat beside it’s cylinder box, displaying both the glass and the casing beautifully. But never once did I see her use them. 
I knew that if it had been me, I would have be using those glasses for every party, every dinner, and every cocktail I drank!
Fast forward a few years after college. So, now I own a few of my own, and that is just what I do! I have a couple of these Lolita glasses, and they are getting their fair share of use!
Whether you would collect these or use these during every occasion, it is obvious why you would do either. You’d collect and display them for the fact that they are stunning and unique. Why would you not want to show them off at all times? Or you would use them always, because they are great conversation starters and you just feel stylish drinking from them.
Lolita History
The idea of the Lolita Glassware began with one woman who had a simple idea. She wanted to make personalized, hand crafted wine glasses. From a little idea to now, an impressive business that sells hundreds of products in over ten thousand stores! Martini, wine, margarita, champagne flutes, shooters, steins and more!
My Newest Cocktail Glass
Most recently, I added a new glass to my collection – the Lolita hibiscus margarita glass! It is colorful and distinctive to the Lolita style. It has a unique “Hibiscus Cocktail” recipe on the bottom – and of course – it is also hand painted. It is a large rim, short base style glass, that holds a generous 12 ounces of margarita goodness!
The pink painted hibiscuses flowers are lovely. The flowers are painted in many shades of pink and white, they are featured on the top of the glass, on the stem and all the way down to the base.
This glass makes me feel like I am somewhere tropical and fabulous, with the wind blowing warm air on my face, without a worry in the world because I have a cold cocktail in my hand. WOAH! I just got lost in the moment! (Which is one the the best parts about these creative glasses… Getting lost in the moment is not uncommon!)
The glass came in the Lolita signature packaging – a sturdy cylinder case displaying many other Lolita glasses. It is recommended by Lolita herself that all her martini glasses be hand washed to keep them in their best condition!
Whether I am enjoying margaritas on the rocks or blended – both taste delicious when sipping it out of this outstanding glass that is bursting with color!
