I love club sandwiches! So fresh and delicious! But I am putting a spin on the typical club – with this recipe!
I am entering this favorite sandwich in the Ultimate Sandwich Creation Contest using my Black & Decker convection countertop toaster oven to use to bring my Ultimate Sandwich to life!
My Black & Decker Convection Toaster Oven is awesome… I can bake, toast, broil just about any small portion food. It even has the ability to cook a 9" personal pizzas with ease! I can fit TWO of my delicious sandwiches in it at one time (and they are fairly thick!)
So, back to the sandwich making – the club alone can be a little boring by themselves, right? Why not mix things up by frying it! I love that by frying, the sandwich bread is not so hard on my gums! Seriously sometimes the hard cibatta bread tears up my gums! Anyway, this is a twist on a club sandwich that is a combination of grilled cheese, monte cristo and a club sandwich! Tasty!
