I have an ice cream addiction. I like ice cream milkshakes, ice cream in my smoothies, ice cream on my hot apple pie or brownie, ice cream ala mode, or just out of the carton. So when I heard about the Crest Sensi-Stop Strips for tooth sensitivity, I thought I better give it a try, because my ice cream addiction also meant I had a little tooth sensitivity, especially to cold and the really rich and sweet flavors.
Here is my post on my first impression with the new Crest Sensi-Stop Strips.
After trying the new Crest Sensi Stop Strips for 4 weeks, I’ve got a few things to say about the product and my results.
Here is the truth about my experience using Crest Sensi-Stop Strips.
1. The strips instructions are simple.
2. Quick process (10 minutes) and time saver (you only need 1 strip for 1 month).
3. It works for me, up to about 3 weeks.
So, I tested it out on a bowl of fudge ice cream 2 days after first trying the strips and it worked well. Fudge normally really makes my teeth ache – so sweet! I was happy to know if took effect right away. I also tested it at the end of the 4 weeks on some salted caramel ice cream – caramel is normally dangerous on my teeth too! It was a mostly effective still at the 4 week mark, but I probably should re-apply about 3-4 weeks. My teeth didn’t ache like they do when I normally eat sweets, but I could tell they were becoming sensitive again!
Nobody likes that achy, painful twinge that you get when you suffer from tooth sensitivity. I will say, this product has got to be the easiest tooth sensitivity product I have ever tried. It is quick and works for weeks. Now when I bite into that candy bar, chew on some gummy treats or sink my teeth into a smoothie, I won’t cringe thinking what might happen to my teeth next. The Sensi Stop Strips work great!
