Disclosure: I was sent an Activz Complete Powder for this review.
It’s a new year. Now is when we all think about our New Years resolutions, often times these resolutions are about our health. I know that is what my focus is. Each year I want to be a better me. I want to run more. I want to eat more vegetables. I want to be less stressed and not worry so much. I want to read more books. The list goes on and on.
Overall, both mind and soul, I want to be healthier.
So far 2015 has been successful in alignment with my New Years Resolutions. I’ve been eating at home more frequently and therefore cooking more healthier. I’ve been making more time for food, not just grabbing something in a rush. I’ve been getting in more fruits and vegetables. I’ve been adding them to my diet both physically and in supplement form.
Adding them to my diet in supplement form has its benefits. It is an easy way to achieve my goals for my fruit and vegetable intake and allows me to do so in a simple way. I’ve been doing this by making a whole food multivitamin shake.
I’ve been completing my diet with the Complete Shake. I add it to my morning smoothie. It can also be simply added to water, milk or juice.
This whole-food shake provides a balance of nine servings of organic fruits and vegetables. That is a day’s recommended serving! The fruits and vegetables contain 14 of the most needed vitamins and minerals for your body. Overall, this shake can improve digestion, immunity, vision and mind. It is a great product to help with my 2015 new year goals!
Here is the ingredient section of the Complete multivitamin shake! Look at all that nutrition!
