Throughout my life, I have gone back and forth on filtered water. Is it better for you? Does it really work? Does the water even taste different? I grew up with a Brita water pitcher… do you remember the original circular design? That one. Then we had a filter attached to our sink spout. Facts and Filtration
This pitcher has a capacity limit of 8 (8 oz. glasses). So it is large enough that you don’t have to refill after every pour. When you do refill it, you just pour the tap water in through the easy locking lid. It is BPA free and has the ability to reduced chlorine (taste and odor) mercury and cooper from tap water. Of course these substances are not in everyone’s water, but if they are, it’s great that they are lessoned from the filtration system! Once the filter is ready to be changed, the pitcher itself will notify you from the electronic filter change indicator ( usually recommending replacement filters every two months or 40 gallons).
